We love all of our clients, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly locations. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
- If you cancel within 24 hours or less you will be charged 50% of your appointment price.

- If you cancel within 48 hours or less you will be charged a £10 fee.
​
- If you are using a voucher and cancel within 24 hours your voucher will be redeemed.
​
- If you are using a voucher and cancel within 48hours your voucher WONT be redeemed but you will be charged a £10 fee.

LATENESS
- If you arrive 10 minutes late to your appointment or more, Your treatment may not be able to be carried out and you would be charged the 50% fee.
