Rental Rates

Our self employed rates are as follows:

(All spaces get two weeks rent free per year.)

* Open plan space -

One position - Nail bar, Makeup station or lash bed £30pd.

£35pd to be included on The Heritage online booking system.

7 days a week £150pw (including online booking system if needed) space is exclusive for you with this rate with no other staff touching the space

Nail Technicians may use the salons gel colours and nail lamp included in their rental, however all other stock must be sourced by the renter.

* Hair Position - 

£40pd to deal with own bookings and appointments or £45pd to be included in online booking system 

£200pw for 7 days 

Includes online booking system if needed - space is exclusive for you with this rate with no other staff touching the space 

Hair spaces include, towels, washing and use of back wash products shampoo & conditioner. A storage space will be allocated for colour etc.

* Treatment room -

£50pd 

£55pd to be included on The Heritage online booking system 

7days a week £250pw (including online booking system if needed) space is exclusive for you with this rate with no other staff touching the space
